On Tuesday, 2 April 2019, Abdulaziz Bouteflika resigned as president of Algeria due to pressure from massive protests instigated by his regime failure to address economic and political problems bedeviling the country. The protests begun on Friday, 22 February 2019 and continues to date! Bouteflika ascended to power in 1999 by the backing of the military that had just crushed the Islamic Salvation Front party (FIS) that had won the 1990 elections and was intending to establish an Islamic State and implement Shari’ah law. Bouteflika’s regime was pro-Britain and use the secular capitalist ideological laws and policies to run the nation. Abdelkader Bensalah a close associate of Bouteflika and the speaker of parliament’s upper house ascended to power on Tuesday, 9 April 2019 as an interim president! Bensalah took over after the Army’s Chief of Staff, Lt Gen Ahmed Salah, a close associate of Bouteflika emphasized through public addresses on the activation of article 102 of the Algerian constitution that was -allowing the president’s removal on grounds of ill health!
On Thursday, 11 April 2019, Omar al-Bashir was dethroned as the president of Sudan by a military council due to pressure from massive protests prompted by the harsh living conditions in the country. The protests begun on Wednesday, 19 December 2018 and still continues to date! Omar al-Bashir ascended to power via a military coup on Friday, 30 June 1989. Omar al-Bashir’s regime was pro-America and use the secular capitalist ideological laws and policies to manage peoples’ affairs. Awad Mohamed Ahmed Ibn Auf, a close associate of Omar al-Bashir and the Defence Minister took over and declared himself as Sudan’s de facto Head of State under the transitional military council on Friday, 12 April 2019. On Saturday, 13 April 2019, Awad resigned and announced Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman Burhan, a close associate of Omar al-Bashir and served him as the Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces and now he is the de facto Head of State under the transitional military council!
As per the above descriptions, the following issues are clearly exposed:
First, the citizens of the above two countries are participating in the protests due to the failure of the two regimes in addressing their living conditions that keep getting harder as days go by. Hence, no outside hand (foreign nations) instigated the protests for regime change!
Second, the two nations have massive wealth that can be used to improve the lives of the people but instead; the western colonial masters, their agent rulers, plunder them and their close associates at the detriment of the national prosperity! For instance, Algeria is the world’s 10th Gas producer and 18th Oil producer and Africa’s 1st Gas producer and 3rd Oil Producer. On the other hand, Sudan produces oil and has vast agricultural resources that employs 80% of the work force and contributes a third of GDP. Ironically, and yet we are witnessing Algerian and Sudan’s citizens drowning in the sea trying to flee to Europe for the so-called “good life!”
Third, the two countries were led by secular colonial agent dictators for almost three decades that look up to London and Washington for guidance in how to run and execute their domestic and foreign policies. Furthermore, their main concern is to remain loyal servants to their secular capitalist colonial masters, by perpetual tightening of the political, social and economical nooses on their citizens!
Fourth, the new crop of leaders who have ascended to power in the latest revolutions are nothing but just a continuation of the evil status quo regimes and their policies whose allegiance remain loyal to their western masters. By their Western masters’ advise they have taken power through back door exchange by hijacking the revolutionaries sentiments for change!
In conclusion, the sacrifice by the revolutionaries need to be protected not to disintegrate and hijacked by the western wolves in the name of democratic champions. That in reality are the callers of status quo retention and continuation of the implementation of the invalid secular capitalist ideology and its stinking systems emanating from it including despicable liberal social system, capitalist economic system, democratic system amongst others. Contrary, the revolutionaries must learn from the aftermath of the Arab Spring that begun in 2011 in Tunisia and spread across to Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Syria amongst other countries in the Middle East. Most of the countries embarked on cosmetic changes with personalities replaced or dethroned but two important issues remained man-made system of governance and colonial sub-servant rulers implementing the system across all spheres of life! The following replaced/killed: Hosni Mubarak (Egypt), Ben Ali (Tunisia), Ali Abdallah Swaleh (Yemen), Muammar Gaddafi (Libya) amongst others but life is now more miserable and chaotic than before!
Therefore, the most urgent radical step by the revolutionaries to secure their revolutions is to call for the resumption of the Islamic way of life via the reestablishment of the Islamic State of Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. That is by calling for the sincere sons serving in the army in Algeria and Sudan to give nusrah (military support) to Hizb ut Tahrir. To establish an Islamic State of Khilafah led by a ruler the Khalifah (Caliph) who seeks the pleasure of Allah (swt) only by using the Shari’ah (Qur’an and Sunnah) to manage peoples’ affairs. It is only under the Khilafah that the Muslims will be united as One Ummah, One State under One Leader across the world irrespective of the language, ethnicity or color. The Khilafah will ensure that no citizen either Muslim or non-Muslim (dhimmi) is facing miserable living conditions as currently witnessed in Algeria, Sudan and across the world due to the greedy capitalist systems that prioritizes the interests of the colonial masters and their agent rulers and shackles the rest of the population into perpetual slavery! It is only through the reestablishment of the Khilafah that genuine peace, tranquility, development and prosperity will be fully realized. Under the Khilafah Islam and citizens, in general their sanctities, blood, property and honor will be protected.
Oh, sincere sons in the army, Allah (swt) calls up on you to give nusrah:
(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ)
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.” [Al-Anfal: 24]
Allah (swt) reminds us:
(إِنَّ حِزۡبَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ)
“Indeed, the party of Allah –they are the successful.” [Al-Mujadila 58: 22]
