\u00a0In the midst of the fateful battle that is undertaken by the Ummah with its youth, both male and female, its older men and women, and even its dead children, martyred as a result of the criminal policies of the Pharaoh of this era, America, and the muslim rulers who carried out its plans. They slaughtered, displaced and starved the Muslims, and bombarded them with chemical weapons and explosive barrels, in addition to Tomahawk Cruise missile that transcend the oceans and seas from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean Sea to the Red Sea to the Arabian Sea, in addition to the drones aircraft that roam the skies of Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia and Afghanistan showering murder and destruction.<\/p>\n

In the midst of this, a small group of Al-Azhar\u2019s men decided to follow the criminal American Pharaoh\u2019s camp. So they decided to use Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, which has long been a stronghold of Islam and a fortress used by Muslims to counter colonial schemes and their continued deception to spread the decadent creedal poisons and intellectual deception that target the distortion of Muslim creed and turn it into a deformed doctrine not different from other kufr doctrines, but they share it in praising and glorifying the Pharaoh of the era, leading to the stigmatization of all those who openly call for the doctrine of monotheism based on the testimony of \u201cthere is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah\u201d by calling them terrorists, and labeling them as \u201cdeviant groups\u201d, which spoils the American colonizers plans, and considers them seeking corruption in the land! As for the corruption, and criminality of America, according to the Global Fatwa Index (GFI) of the Egyptian Fatwa House, as good and uniting!<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd when it is said to them, “Do not cause corruption on the earth,” they say, “We are but reformers * Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0[Al-Baqara: 11-12].<\/p>\n

The latest report issued by the GFI, is the response to the creedal positions\u00a0 which proclaims the rule by what Allah has revealed on the concept of rotten patriotism<\/strong> imported from the Western civilization. The Index denounced the position of Hizb ut Tahrir, along with several Islamic movements, who reject the imported idol of Nationalism. The argument they brought is that Hizb ut Tahrir believes that “the Islamic creed is the basis of the state and the House (Dar) of Islam is the country where the rules of Islam are implemented.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is contrary to the pillars of Colonial religion \u201cNationalism\u201d, that the colonialist West has been working hard for nearly two centuries to impose and to promote its poisonous concepts, using some of those who wear the uniform of scholars and those associated with them. Indeed, the scholars who are supposed to be the heirs of the prophets and should be at the forefront of the Ummah, leading it to counter colonial campaigns, that strike in waves after waves like those of the sea, and are aimed at undermining this great Deen and the unity of the Islamic Ummah, to divide, fragment and separate it, taking from the nationalism and patriotism a pretext to raise the hatred and resentment among the Muslims, and even to encourage them to shed each other\u2019s blood by their hands. Like what happened to the fisherman from Gaza, when he was going about seeking a living, but his boat drifted in the sea, and he committed the \u201cgrave crime\u201d of crossing the border of the alleged idol of Egyptian; the Egyptian soldier shot and killed him. This is the Nationalism idol, which the Global Fatwa Index calls for its defense.<\/p>\n

And it stands in the face of the Muslims\u2019 positions demanding the adherence to the Islamic creed. It concluded its statement by saying: \u201cThe Index stressed the importance of the role of the patriotic and religious institutions in serving their countries and supporting their efforts in various fields to achieve security, stability, progress and prosperity for the country and the people.\u201d It claims false concern for security and stability, were the GFI honest it would have denounced the crimes of the Egyptian tyrant Sisi, who spilled the sacred blood in the squares of Egypt and its streets, and is still unlawfully arresting tens of thousands of people of Egypt, while rushing in appeasing the Jews and Americans.<\/p>\n

The greatest thing that afflicts Islam, its people and followers, is that the dividing line between Islam and disbelief, between truth and falsehood, and between the path of the believers and the path of the criminals is dissolved … then the Deen is lost and its knots are undone one by one, as Omar (ra) said: \u201cthe knots of Islam will be undone, one by one, if in Islam there are those raised without knowing the (days) ignorance (Jahiliyah)\u201d<\/p>\n

This is why Allah (swt) says:<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd thus do We detail the verses, and [thus] the way of the criminals will become evident\u201d<\/strong> [Al-An\u2019am: 55]<\/p>\n

The clarity of kufr, evil, criminality and transgression is necessary for the clarity of belief, good and righteousness … The identification of criminals\u2019 paths is one of the objectives of the divine detail of the verses. Any ambiguity or suspicion in the position of the criminals and their way will be reflected as ambiguity and suspicious in the position of believers and in their path. Therefore, it is incumbent to have clarity of the lines and positions. We have been warned by Al-Haq (swt) of following of the ways of Christians and Jews, and He (swt) forbade obedience to scholars who trade with the Deen, by allowing the Haram and forbidding the Halal:<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.\u201d<\/strong> [At-Tawba: 31]<\/p>\n

However, we conclude by calling on the leaders of the Global Fatwa Index of the Egyptian Fatwa House to quickly repent to Allah and take the side of the Ummah. To get the honour of the inheritors of the Prophets when they proclaim the word of truth, and this pleases us, and is what Allah and His Messenger (saw) obliged. If they were from the foreign intelligence gang, we warn them of the wrath of Allah in this world and the Hereafter, and give them the good news that the promise of Allah is the truth.<\/p>\n
