They reviled him and beat him. He came to Allah&#8217;s Messenger (\ufdfa) and narrated to him (the story of atrocities perpetrated upon him by the people of the tribe). Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: <strong>\u00ab\u0644\u064e\u0648\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0644\u064e \u0639\u064f\u0645\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0623\u064e\u062a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u062a\u064e \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0633\u064e\u0628\u0651\u064f\u0648\u0643\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0636\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0648\u0643\u064e\u00bb<\/strong><strong>\u201cIf you were to come to the people of Oman, they would have neither reviled you nor beaten you.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So look, may Allah&#8217;s mercy be on you, to the goodwill the Messenger of Allah (saw) showed towards the people of Oman, because of his knowledge of the good and chastity in them&#8230; Today we in Hizb ut Tahrir in particular and on behalf of the Islamic Ummah in general, including the people of Oman, call upon you to be at the place of trust of the Ummah, as you were before, and do your duty, which Allah has made a trust in the necks of the scholars, namely, the accountability of the rulers and stop their injustice if they oppress and stop their error if they mislead.<\/p>\n<p>The recent reports about the statements made by the Omani foreign minister that Israel is concerned about its future and that the Arabs should reassure them and dispel their fears; these statements and the previous reception by the Sultan of Oman to the criminal Netanyahu, shows that these rulers are no longer ashamed of Allah or from the worshipers of Allah. They are openly showing their collusion with the enemies of Muslims and the Jewish entity in stabilizing the feet of the usurper occupation in Palestine, and they consider the usurper occupying enemy the victim who should be given sympathy and reassurance!<\/p>\n<p>The scholars and sheikhs in Oman, especially you, honourable Mufti, are respected and appreciated by the people of Oman, and have a good reputation among the rest of the Ummah, so do not disappoint those who have put trust in you, and be a good role model in saying the truth without fearing anyone but Allah. Your Shariah duty <strong>is to openly and frankly denounce and declare your innocence from the actions of the rulers of Oman; the normalization of relations with the usurper occupying Jewish entity, the abandonment of the land of Palestine and the blessed Al-Aqsa Masjid, hosting the Jewish rulers and drawing close to them, and to present them as the oppressed victims, although they are the usurpers, aggressors and killers<\/strong>, and implement the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (saw):<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u0623\u064e\u0641\u0652\u0636\u064e\u0644\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u0650\u0647\u064e\u0627\u062f\u0650 \u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e \u0643\u064e\u0644\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0629\u064e \u062d\u064e\u0642\u0651\u064d \u0639\u0650\u0646\u0652\u062f\u064e \u0633\u064f\u0644\u0652\u0637\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064d \u062c\u064e\u0627\u0626\u0650\u0631\u064d\u00bb<\/strong><strong>\u201cThe Best Jihad is, the one who speaks a word of truth spoken before an unjust ruler<\/strong>&#8221; [Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah]. The silence of the scholars on the tyranny and betrayal of the rulers is used by these rulers to legitimize their betrayals and to strengthen their man-made systems that do not stem from the Muslims\u2019 creed but rather contradict it. They disregard the peoples\u2019 feelings, but they serve the interests of the West and consolidate its control over the country and the people, and fight Islam and prevent its return to the life of the Ummah through its implementation as a comprehensive system to solve the problems of the Muslims.<\/p>\n<p>We in the Hizb ut Tahrir call upon the people of Oman, and the scholars of Oman at the forefront, we invite them to proceed with their Ummah in the way to re-establish the rule by what Allah has revealed.
