Awwam and &#8216;Abd Al-Rahman b. He said: &#8220;No.&#8221; Therefore, I revised by saying: &#8220;We use it to cure the ill.&#8221; He said: &#8220;This is not a form of healing, rather it is a disease.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a prohibition of the use of impure or prohibited substances &#8220;Khamr&#8221; as a cure. But the Messenger of Allah (saw) authorized curing with the impure substance of camel&#8217;s urine. Therefore, the Prophet (saw) authorized them to medicate with the camel&#8217;s urine, which is impure. Also he (saw) authorized medication with Haram, such as the wearing of silk. At-Tirmidhi and Ahmad reported, at- Tirmidhi&#8217;s articulation by way of Anas (ra):\u00a0<strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab\u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0628\u0652\u062f\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0646\u0650 \u0628\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0641\u064d \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0632\u0651\u064f\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0628\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064e\u0648\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0645\u0650 \u0634\u064e\u0643\u064e\u064a\u064e\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0642\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0644\u064e \u0625\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0651\u0650 \ufdfa \u0641\u0650\u064a \u063a\u064e\u0632\u064e\u0627\u0629\u064d \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u064e\u0627\u060c \u0641\u064e\u0631\u064e\u062e\u0651\u064e\u0635\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0642\u064f\u0645\u064f\u0635\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0631\u0650\u064a\u0631\u0650. \u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e: \u0648\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0623\u064e\u064a\u0652\u062a\u064f\u0647\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0627\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><strong>\u201cAbdul Rahman Bin \u2018Auf and az-Zubair Bin \u2018Awam complained about rash that had befallen them to the Prophet (saw), and he allowed them shirts made of silk. He said: &#8220;I saw them in it.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0These two Ahadith indicate that the prohibition in the Hadith of Ibn Majah is not absolute, rather\u00a0<strong>that medication through impure and prohibited substances is undesirable (Makruh).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Third: Answer to Question on 18\/11\/2013 CE on the Reality of Vaccination and the Shari&#8217;ah Rule on it<\/p>\n<p>[Vaccination is a medicine, to seek medicine is recommended not obligatory; the evidences for this are:<\/p>\n<p>1. Narrated by Bukhari from Abu Huraira that he said that the Prophet (saw) said:\u00a0<strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u062f\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0634\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b\u00bb<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u201cAllah has not sent down a disease except that He has also sent down its cure.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muslim narrated from Jabir Ibn Abdullah from the Prophet that he said:\u00a0<strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u0650 \u062f\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064d \u062f\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064c\u060c \u0641\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064f\u0635\u0650\u064a\u0628\u064e \u062f\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064f \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0621\u0650 \u0628\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0623\u064e \u0628\u0650\u0625\u0650\u0630\u0652\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0639\u064e\u0632\u0651\u064e \u0648\u064e\u062c\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><strong>\u201cEvery illness has a cure, and when the proper cure is applied to the disease, it ends it, by the permission of Allah Azza wa Jal.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Narrated by Ahmad in his Musnad from Abdullah Ibn Mas&#8217;ood:\u00a0<strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u00ab\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u062f\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b\u060c \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0627 \u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0634\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b\u060c \u0639\u064e\u0644\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0639\u064e\u0644\u0650\u0645\u064e\u0647\u064f\u060c \u0648\u064e\u062c\u064e\u0647\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0645\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u062c\u064e\u0647\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><strong>\u201cAIIah has not sent down a disease except that He also sent down its cure; whoever knows it (the cure), knows it, and whoever is unaware of it (the cure), he is unaware of it\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These hadeeths contain instructions; for every disease there is medicine that cures it; this is an encouragement to seek medicine that can cure the disease by the permission of Allah (swt); it is an instruction and not an obligation.<\/p>\n<p>2. The speech in both hadeeths came in the command format which means a general order and not an obligation; unless the subject is regarding a definite issue. The definite command requires a Qareena (an indication) to its presence. In both hadeeth there are no Qareena present that indicates the obligation. In addition there has been narrations of hadeeths that indicates the permissibility of not seeking medicine, which negates the indication of the obligation from both hadeeths.
