Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, La Ilaha Ila Allah, Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, Wa lilah Alhamd<\/strong><\/p>\n (Translated)<\/p>\n Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be on the Messenger of Allah and upon his family and companions and the one who follows him and his way, and made the Islamic creed the basis of his beliefs, and the Islamic rules as the criteria for his actions and source for his rules\u2026<\/p>\n Extracted by Ahmad from Muhammad Bin Ziyad, he said: I heard Abu Huraira say, \u201cThe Prophet (saw) said – or he said Abul Qasim said:<\/p>\n \u00ab\u0635\u064f\u0648\u0645\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0644\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0624\u0652\u064a\u064e\u062a\u0650\u0647\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0641\u0652\u0637\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0644\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0624\u0652\u064a\u064e\u062a\u0650\u0647\u0650\u060c \u0641\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u063a\u064f\u0628\u0650\u064a\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0641\u064e\u0639\u064f\u062f\u0651\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u062b\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u062b\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/strong>\u00bb<\/p>\n \u201cStart fasting upon seeing it [the new moon of Ramadan], and give up fasting upon it [seeing the new moon of Shawwal], and if the sky is overcast (and you cannot see it),then count thirty days.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n After investigating the new moon of Shawwal in this blessed eve of Friday, the sighting of the new moon is confirmed according to the Shariah sighting requirements in some Muslim countries, therefore tomorrow, Friday is the first day of the month of Shawwal and it is the first day of the blessed Eid ul-Fitr.<\/strong><\/p>\n On this occasion of the blessed Eid ul-Fitr, the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, congratulates all the people of the noble Islamic Ummah, and he asks Allah Subhanahu to grant us His favour by establishing the righteous Khilafah state (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood which will implement the Shariah (laws) of Allah on earth and carry Islam as a message of guidance and light, the State of Justice that will liberate the land and bring justice to people; the state of Jihad that will continue the conquests, and people will chant takbirs in their Eids, and conquests: Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, la ilaha ila Allah, Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar, Wa lilah Alhamd.<\/strong><\/p>\n It is also my pleasure to relay my congratulations and that of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all those working in it to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, and to all the Muslims for this blessed Eid; this occasion that Allah sent to be a joy to the fasting and a sign of the unity of Muslims, and a reminder for them that they are one Ummah to the exclusion of all people.<\/p>\n O Muslims everywhere:<\/strong><\/p>\n I ask Allah (swt) to accept from you and us our fasting and qiyam, rukooh\u2019 and sujood and all the righteous deeds.
