ISLAM AND MUSLIMS ARE ATTACKED ON THE PRETEXT OF FIGHTING TERRORISM: WHERE IS THE SHIELD AND GUARDIAN FOR ISLAM AND MUSLIMS?

إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌۭ فَأَصْلِحُوا۟ بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
“The believers are but brothers” (Al-Hujurat: 49: 10)

and the Prophet (saw) said:

The above incidences are just some of the oppressive events that the Muslims are facing in Kenya and across the world under the pretext of fighting terrorism and extremism. The above actions expose the following:
First, Islam and Muslims are the scapegoat in the fight against terrorism and extremism in Kenya and beyond. As long as the state security apparatus invoke the terror ‘license’ then your goose is cooked and the so-called principle of innocent until proven guilty under a competent justice system that is above state and Western influence is a myopic fallacy!
Second, Islam and Muslims are facing perpetual evil plots from all corners of the globe by the enemies of Islam and Muslims who are determined to use all their resources to ensure that the light of Islam does not penetrate and dominate the global political and socioeconomic sphere at an ideological level. However, Allah (swt) says:

وَيَمۡكُرُونَ وَيَمۡكُرُ ٱلَّلُّ وَٱلَّلُّ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡمَٰڪِرِينَ
“And they are planning and Allah is planning but indeed Allah is the best planner” (Al-Anfal 8:30).

Third, Islam and Muslims are facing social attacks from liberal value system imposed on them by the secular capitalist ideology that is determined to ensure Muslims adopt the fit in mentality disguised as ‘Moderate Islam’ that is designed to ensure the Muslims seek guidance from Washington, London and Paris etc. Consequently, end up with secular identities but remain with Islamic names.
Fourth, Islam and Muslims are facing evil economic machinations to an extent that any Muslim who volunteers and commit himself/herself to acts of charity is branded as a ‘financier of terrorism
and extremism.’ Hence, he/she is economical destroyed, causing Muslims to suffer in silence due to witnessing their brothers and sisters are languishing in economic misery with no support from secular capitalist greed regimes.

Fifth, the so-called protectors and defenders of human rights and rule of law are nowhere when Islam and Muslims are facing these heinous attacks. However, when they resolve to come out they appear for just public relations exercises and seek to rip moral and financial support from the masses by hoodwinking them that indeed they are working for the said malicious double-standard approach agenda anchored on the viewpoint that ‘Terrorists and Extremists’ have no rights since they are a threat to humanity.
Sixth, the so-called Muslim rulers and leaders both locally and internationally are nothing but just an extension of the state machinery who have sold their souls to the devil and so they conspire against the Islam and Muslims and plot together with the enemies. Therefore, they are in-charge of the extra judicial massacres committed on the Muslims by legislating anti-terrorism and anti-extremism laws. The list is endless from Pakistan, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Tunisia,
Russia, China (Xinjiang), Afghanistan amongst other nations.

Seventh, Islam and Muslims are choking, cannot breathe due to pain and are at crossroad after exploring all the available man-made options and failed. Some of the options include participating in secular democratic elections hoping to alleviate their situations by choosing political masqueraders who use Islamic sentiments to ascend to power but deliver nothing. Nevertheless, they turn out to be brutal perpetrators of oppression against Muslims in all spheres of life namely politically and socioeconomically. Therefore, every election cycle their hopes get dimmer! They are left with the question; what is the way out of this systemic persecution committed against them?
The radical answer to the above question is none other than embracing the call for ideological change based on
the Islamic Shari’ah whose sources are: Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma’ of Sahaba and Qiyas. Since we are in this current state of misery by going against the Islamic Shari’ah by not implementing it. Allah (swt) says:

“And whoever turns away from My remembrance- indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind” (TaHa 20: 124).
Instead we have embraced the man-made constitutions and laws that run our lives. We chose mankind to legislate/judge for us instead of Allah (swt) who says: وَمَنۡ أَحۡسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حُكۡمً۬ا
“But who is better than Allah in Judgment” (Al-Ma’idah 5: 50),

  “The decision is only for Allah”
(Al-An’am 6: 57),

“Legislation is not but for Allah” (Yusuf 12: 40).

We must firmly remember and believe what Allah (swt) says:

“Indeed, the religion (Ideology) in the sight of Allah is Islam” (Aal-Imran: 19).

Our convictions must respond to the call of Allah (swt):

“Oh you who believe! Enter in Islam completely, and do not follow Satan’s footsteps, indeed he is an evident enemy to you” (Al Baqarah 2: 208).

Our way out of this perpetual desolation lies in joining efforts with Hizb ut Tahrir and working together for the reestablishment of the Islamic State of Khilafah (Caliphate) based on the method of Prophethood. The Khilafah under a sincere Muslim leader, the Khalifah (Caliph) will be a fortified shield and guardian of Islam, Muslims and non-Muslim citizens wherever they are irrespective of their color, race, status or tribe. It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Prophet of Allah (saw) said

“The Imam (Khalifah) is a shield for them (Muslims). They fight behind him and they are protected by (him from tyrants and aggressors).” (Muslim). It is also a great sin not to strive for the reestablishment of the Khilafah. The Prophet (saw) said:

“Whoever removes his hand from obedience (to the Khalifah) will meet Allah with no proof for himself, and whoever dies without the pledge of allegiance (to the Khalifah) upon his neck dies a death of jahiliyya” (Muslim).

It is only the Islamic ideology under the Khilafah reestablished on the method of Prophethood that guarantees true tranquility, dignity, respect and honor to not only the Muslims but humanity across the world that are languishing from daily catastrophes perpetuated by the Western colonialists led by America and her allies. There is no alternative apart from #ReturnTheKhilafah which is the only demand of our time and only hope for Islam, Muslims and the entire mankind after exhausting all man-made options mentally inconceivable from the east to the west and from the north to the south.

The time is now to invest efforts where they will count both in this temporary world and the everlasting hereafter. There is no wasting energy in that which displeases Allah (swt) such as joining secular capitalist political parties that call for democratic solutions where the proponents and winners are agents of colonial masters. Instead, join and be part of the Islamic party of Hizb ut Tahrir founded upon the Islamic ideology whose eyes are focused on delivering global ideological change based on Islam by resuming the Islamic way of life by reestablishing the Khilafah a shield, guardian and mother of all Islamic obligations. Allah (swt) says:

“In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. It is the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know”(Ar-Rum 30:5– 6).
