“But who is better than Allah in Judgment”

Kenyans since March 9, 2018 continue to witness debates on the referendum process on the amendment of the constitution. In these debates, there are two camps one for the elites who have differed on the interests in either the referendum to occur or not. Second is that of paupers who are ethnically and regionally prepared to be sub-servants of the elites to act as ladders to realize their objectives. Some of the peddled allegations that the referendum is crucial are:

First, to create positions of power that will ensure there are no conflicts after elections, to cater for those who contested. The reality is that no matter how many positions that will be created they would not be enough to quench the thirst for power by the competing greedy secularists.

Second, to reduce the high cost on representation and management of County governments, National government, National Assembly and Senate etc. The truth is that the new constitution of 2010 is what created this new structure and its positions.

Third, provide an opportunity for the economy to grow by investing in development plans. The fact is that a high percentage of revenues is (taxes and loans) looted and what remains embezzled etc.

The assertions are baseless since in reality they emanate from the measurement of interest. A viewpoint that is a result of the ruling capitalist ideology that sprung from the secular creed (separating religion and life/government). An ideology that we have inherited from the colonialists west, that bestows the role of making laws (constitution) to the human being based on his limited mind contrary to the commandments and prohibitions of Allah. Therefore, those in power always seize opportunities to make and amend laws in order to meet their interests!

A well-known example is during the 15 years of the Jomo Kenyatta rule, whereby the Lancaster Constitution from Britain was 16 time amended! Some of the amendments were to make Jomo Kenyatta to be President from being Prime Minister, abolishing of Senate and incarcerating without trial those who opposed his regime etc. In addition, during the era of Moi who amended the Constitution and made Kenya a one-party state with KANU as the only ruling party! On the other hand, the 2010 Constitution was championed by America and reflected the American structure since Raila their loyal agent was expected to take power but he was outmaneuvered by Britain and so UhuRuto ascended to power by using propaganda machinery anchored on unity and cohesion of the antagonist tribes from Central and Rift Valley!

As were the previous Constitutional Changes not only in Kenya but also in America, and including this latest it is not about the concern for easing the burden of hard-life on citizens! It remains to be a plot by few avaricious to use this referendum to realize their interests by exploiting the indigents in legitimizing their interests by participating in the exercise! Has the time not arrived for us to do away with human judgement and instead embrace from Allah? By joining the call for the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the reestablishment of the Islamic State of Khilafah on the method of Prophethood. Khilafah that will judge by the Qur’an and Sunnah. Its measurement is that of Halal and Haram; and its goal is to please Allah.  Khilafah is the surest alternative
